BATHROOM KITS

Gap Guard
Proper gap tolerances ensure that the door will perform as it is intended. Gaps that are outside of tolerance can lead to compromised fire door integrity in a fire situation as well as not allowing the fire door latching mechinism to engage fully as it is required to do so by code.

Privacy Door Latches
Privacy door latches are made for ensuring residents or hotel guests can identify a knock at the door without opening the door all the way. Known as in-room privacy latches or simply PDLs, Pemko offers a contemporary and more modern design to the industry.
Due to the design of the new PDLAA latch, the door cannot be held open, which is in accordance with NFPA 80 requirements. This also mitigates damage to the door and frame. The addition of silicone bumpers add extra protection to the door face when the latch is in use.
RAC 4/4XT (Remote Access Controller)
A Remote Access Controller (RAC) is a device that operates a special remote access point, such as elevators, parking entrances or any other door requiring an electric strike or electro-magnetic lock. Magstripe readers (insert or swipe) and contactless readers (RFID) are available.
