A: Any User/Guest can browse products available through IDN Global and view other information tabs. An active business account with IDN is required to see pricing and to add items to a cart for purchase. IDN makes it easy for qualified businesses to set up a customer account. Simply click Register on the Home Page and submit the information requested. An IDN representative will contact you regarding the status of your request.

A: Please note - Without signing in, any User/Guest will see products available through IDN Global, but any User must have an active business account with IDN to see pricing and to add items to a cart for purchase. If you have an existing business account with IDN and you already have e-Com site access (i.e., User name and Password), just click Sign In on the Home Page. If you have an existing business account but do not currently have e-Com access, click Register and follow the prompts to Create New e-Commerce Account. You will receive an email that allows you to set your own password. If you do not have an existing business account with IDN, you must establish that before gaining access to the e-Com site. Click Register and then Request a Company Account. Please note that full e-commerce site access is provided as a convenience for established IDN business accounts.
