IDN-Canada is a leading security and door hardware distributor providing security products, access control solutions and more to security professionals across Canada. We are currently seeking candidates for a Full-Time Temporary Warehouse Customer Support position to join our Burnaby, BC team. Opportunity to become full-time permanent depending on business needs.

 

Duties & Responsibilties:

  • Shipping/receiving orders and transfers
  • Stocking & organizing products
  • Assisting in regular stock counts
  • Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
  • Entering transactions into computer systems
  • Progressing into performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships
  • Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily
  • Comfortable in a computerized environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment

 

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable with no criminal record. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
