Job Description
The Company is looking for an Operations Manager to take over the management, planning and execution of the Southeast office operations, as well as the management of team members. The Operations Manager has a high level of responsibility in ensuring maximum productivity of the team which directly contributes to the Company’s overall profitability. The Operations Manager’s duties include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations of the location, facilitating communication and collaboration amongst key departments and managers, gathering and analyzing data to create objectives and drive performance, oversight of the accounting and financial processes of the branch, assisting with HR-related duties including payroll and benefits. With a focus on quality, customer service and efficiency, the Operations Manager must be an excellent communicator with the ability to jump from one task to the next with ease and efficiency.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or training
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills

 

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure

The position is full-time and permanent with a competitive starting salary based on candidate skills and experience. Medical and dental benefits are available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes a 401k plan with employer match, company-paid life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
