Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team. The customer service / inside sales representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to all customers across Canada by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and following up to expedite sales. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, adaptable, tech savvy, and willing to help others. Product and positional training will be provided. Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable.

 

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist customers in person, by phone and electronically
  • Utilize computer systems to provide information on price and availability
  • Deliver top level customer experiences
  • Perform a full range of customer service tasks, including order processing, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building relationships
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and customer retention
  • Collect feedback from users, analyze competing products and share suggestions with the development team
  • Support other branch employees

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
  • 1-3 years of experience working in customer service
  • Computer aptitude (order entry & Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Fast learner and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

IDN-Canada offers a competitive salary and benefit package, monthly & yearly bonus opportunities, commissions, and a RSP program. Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
