The CXDA800 Exit Alarm provides an immediate audible and visual alarm indication of unauthorized exit or entry of mechanically secured doors. Compact and attractive, these UL Listed door alarms are feature-rich and designed for easy installation - with no external wiring required. Features include immediate triggering with LED and buzzer sounds, a loud 105 dB alarm, 9 VDC battery operation, and low-battery alert.

The 'Universal' door alarms can be mounted on a door or frame, and on either in-swinging or out-swinging doors. They are compatible with the widest range of industry-standard mortise cylinders and cams, and can easily integrate with existing master key systems. A mortise cylinder with two keys, either keyed alike or keyed different, and a cylinder installation tool are also included. Both models are offered in grey or black, in either indoor or weatherized outdoor models, and are UL Listed.
